Responsibilities

Codener Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR/Business/Commerce graduate for a full-time HR position. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our Human Resources practices and contributing to the establishment of an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that values excellence, integrity, and work-life balance..

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Organizing Interviews: You will organize interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
    • Posting Job Advertisements: You will post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms, ensuring that they reach the right candidates.
    • Preparing Offer and Rejection Letters: You will prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates, ensuring that communication is professional and timely.
    • Coordinating New Hire Orientations: You will coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring that new employees are welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
    • Responding to Staff Inquiries: You will respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Source, Screen, and Interview:Actively source, screen, and interview potential candidates from a variety of platforms, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants.
    • Candidate Verification: Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications to ensure the suitability and reliability of potential hires.
    • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees by explaining HR policies and procedures, making sure they have the information they need to navigate the workplace effectively.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment through timely resolution.
    • Performance Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management processes, helping employees understand and excel in their roles.
    • Performance Appraisals: Efficiently coordinate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring that evaluations are completed in a timely and constructive manner.
    • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and recommend appropriate programs or initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
    • HR Analytics: Prepare, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports, offering valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the overall HR function.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Bachelor’s Degree: You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
    • Experience: 1 or 2 Years of HR-related experience is preferred
    • Strong Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and staff.
    • Motivation and Challenge: You must be highly motivated and eager to take on new challenges, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month
